We help nonprofits and mission driven startups launch and grow. Our mission is to leverage technology, nonprofit expertise, and digital strategies to help others make the world a better place. We offer fiscal sponsorship and strategic support to people and projects that align with our mission. 

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit we understand the importance of fundraising and creating fiscal sustainability in order to focus on making a positive impact and fulling your mission. In addition to tax exempt fiscal sponsorship we provide fundraising strategy and guidance on alternative revenue models.    

Our team includes nonprofit, marketing, and startups industry veterans. We have successfully launched for-profit companies and nonprofits on our own. Now we're trying to give back by helping others launch their own ideas to change the world. 

Mission Driven & Social Impact Startups

We are a nonprofit but not all of our clients are. We work with both nonprofit and for-profit projects because we don't think making the world a better place shouldn't be limited to tax exempt organizations.

We serve as advisor and board members for nonprofits, mission driven startups and B Corps. Fiscal Sponsorship For NEW Nonprofit PROJECTS

Completing the IRS application to become a 501(c)3 is a big undertaking. For certain nonprofit projects it is necessary, for others fiscal sponsorship can be a better option.

With fiscal sponsorship from Social Good Labs, your project can accept tax exempt donations with creating your own nonprofit. We also offer turnkey back-end management services so you won't need to hire an accountant, lawyer, or tax attorney to ensure your tax exempt status with the IRS remains in good standing.
